Registration: There are products and services offered by the site that may require the User to register and provide certain data. Prices: Prices are effective at the time of posting. Prices are subject to change without notice. Although Industrial Engineered Solutions strives for complete accuracy, we cannot be responsible for typographical errors or omissions. All prices are in U.S. Currency (Dollars). Prices are exclusive of state, county or federal taxes. Any taxes shall be paid by the buyer in addition to the quoted purchase price. Buyer shall indemnify and hold harmless Industrial Engineered Solutions from and against the imposition of such taxes. Industrial Engineered Solutions may, at any time, separately bill buyer for any taxes not include in the original sales invoice and Buyer shall pay such taxes, or in lieu thereof, shall provide Industrial Engineered Solutions a sales tax exemption certificate acceptable to the taxing authorities. Unless otherwise arranged, payment prior to shipment is required.

Fees: Any bank fees incurred by Industrial Engineered Solutions may be billed back to the buyer. This includes, but is not limited to, bank wire fees, letter of credits or bad check charges.

Delivery: Although Industrial Engineered Solutions makes every effort to meet quoted or verbal delivery dates, those dates are estimated dates only. Date of delivery is not guaranteed as those dates are subject to storms, acts of governmental authority, strikes, labor trouble, freight embargo, acts of God and the like. Industrial Engineered Solutions will not assume any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever, including loss of income and/or profits, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from delayed performance in shipment and delivery of the equipment for any reason whatsoever. Any claims for shortages or claims that the equipment/product delivered is other than what was ordered must be made the same day of arrival of the equipment/product at buyer's plant or place of business. Buyer must remove plastic wrap (only) and inspect for damage before the truck leaves the buyers property. Do not accept if damaged. Any claim is void if item is damaged. Upon delivery by Industrial Engineered Solutions to a carrier for shipment of equipment to Buyer, risk of loss shall pass to the buyer. Thereafter, the carrier shall be deemed to be acting for and on behalf of Buyer and the terms of payment for the equipment shall not be affected by damage to the equipment sold.

Returns and Cancellations: ALL SALES FINAL. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.

Warranty: Call for details (937-379-0200). Each individual piece of equipment may or may not be covered by a warranty. Each item warranty varies for parts and or service. Please read warranty information, before purchase.

Liability: No liability is assumed by Industrial Engineered Solutions for damage and/or injury resulting from use of equipment supplied by us. There are no warranties by Industrial Engineered Solutions as to compliance with any requirements of federal, state and local laws and industrial codes, including without limitation, the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and all amendments thereto. It is the buyer&squo;s duty to inspect all machinery, to provide proper safety devices and equipment or means that may be necessary to safeguard the operator from harm and to safeguard each machine and equipment to meet all government standards, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.

Governing Law: Industrial Engineered Solutions makes no representation that materials or services on this website are appropriate or available for use outside the United States, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. If you chose to use this website outside the United States, you do so in your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States of America without giving effect to any principals of conflict of laws.
