True Rebuilds Require the following:
- Shaker is completely dismantled down to the frame

All parts are cleaned of paint splatter and buildup.

All parts and panels are refinished with original factory paint.

Reassembled starting with the outer and inner frame.

Timers checked and replaced as needed.

NEW Frame vibration dampening sandwich mounts installed.

Drive Gear Assembly and Pillar Block Bearings checked and replaced as needed to meet factory specifications.

Crank Main Drive Motor Amp Load tested and Bearings checked.
-
NEW wiring to Main Crank Motor and limit switches.
-
Switches and Buttons tested and replaced with NEW as needed.
-
NEW factory labels installed.
-
NEW Leveling Feet installed.

Shaker is tested using 1 gallon containers for at least 25 cycles.
- Shaker is banded to a pallet and shrink wrapped for safe shipping worldwide.
Includes a 90 day warranty on all electric parts and 6 month on all mechanical parts with full technical support by telephone.
