True Reconditioned machines Require The Following:

 

• Completely inspected and repaired By Our Qualified Trained Technicians Each Frame is inspected and cleaned.
• Swing Arm to Column Bushings are inspected and lubricated.
• Transmission inspected and serviced
• All components cleaned.
• Gear operation is inspected to meet original factory specifications.
• Case refilled with NEW gear oil.
• All Air Motors are inspected, cleaned and checked for proper operation and repaired as needed.
• One-way Flow Valves inspected, cleaned and repaired as needed to original factory specifications.
• 4-way Valves inspected, cleaned and repaired as needed to provide proper function of the Table Rotation – Bead Breaker System – Table Clamp Movement.
• Table inspected, cleaned, and serviced – all moving parts readjusted and lubricated. We reset Carriers and Jaws.
• Table – Bead Breaker – B/L Cylinders are inspected, cleaned and serviced to meet original factory specs.
• All hoses, hard lines, bolts, component hardware, actuator valve, machine oil regulator inspected and serviced.
• Table clamps are inspected and serviced to meet original factory specs.
• NEW Removable plastic covers for protecting Rims on each clamp.
• All Pressure gauges are inspected, serviced, and replaced as needed to meet factory specs.
• Pressure Limiter Assembly inspected and serviced.
• Pedal Assembly inspected, cleaned, and serviced.
• After the Tire Changer has been fully inspected and serviced, it is tested thoroughly by changing tires multiple times to make sure it meets factory specs.
• All factory labels are cleaned and replaced as needed.
• Complete PDF copies of the Operator and Spare Parts manuals come with each machine
• The machine is then stretch wrapped and banded to a pallet with steel strapping for safe shipping worldwide.
