Industrial Engineered Solutions will ship your item within the time specified on the order and upon the receipt of cleared payment. Shipping is available to most locations in the U.S. and Canada. Certain remote locations may require additional costs.
Shipping costs include the delivery of your order to a business address with a dock or other way to load or unload the truck. Liftgate, residential, or limited access delivery requires additional costs if needed for shipment. As soon as your order ships out you will receive an email from us that will include the tracking number generally within 24 hours.

Shipping- Online Orders
Most shopping cart items will ship within 48-72 hours (M-F) or as determined at the time of sale.
All items are subject to prior sale.
Should any item be out of stock you will be notified of the approximate shipping date. When the backordered item(s) becomes available, we will ship the balance of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

All sales are final for used equipment, special orders, and custom-made items. No returns accepted without prior authorization.
Shipping- Machines /Equipment
Shipping arrangements for machines/equipment will be made based on the individual sale and type of machines/equipment purchased. The rate for shipping is based on the weight, size, and classification (NMFC) of your order. Buyer will be contacted to discuss the best method available. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs, unless included with sale.
