The S2425 is a time tested and performance proven one gallon Dual Axis vortex paint mixer.

This unit features HERO’s rugged gear driven design tested to 100,000+ mix cycles.

 

This machine is a complete tear down to the frame.

 Frame and panels are refinished with new industrial grade paint and labels. 

Every component is completely taken apart and rebuilt with new internal parts.

 Most important of all, we back up our machines 100 percent with a 6 month parts warranty with full technical support 

and we have the customers to prove it.

What Makes Us Different Is Our Process

Our paint shakers are more than a quick paint job

True Rebuilds Require The Following

 

Shaker is completely dismantled down to the frame.

 All parts are cleaned of paint splatter and buildup.

All Parts, panels, etc. are refinished with Sherwin Williams industrial grade paint.

Reassembled starting with the inner frame.

Drive Motor Amp Load tested and Bearings checked.

Gear Drives and Bearings are replaced with NEW.

Door safety switch tested and replaced as needed.

All Main Power Cords are replaced with NEW.

Timer Switch cleaned, tested and replaced as needed.

Reassemble outer panels.

NEW Labels installed.

Install NEW Leveling Feet.

Shaker is tested using 1 gallon containers for at least 25 cycles.

Shaker is banded to a pallet and shrinks wrapped for safe shipping worldwide.

 

Includes a 90 day parts warranty on all electrical parts

6 month parts warranty on all mechanical parts

with full technical support by telephone and email
