• Shaker is completely dismantled down to the frame.

• All parts are cleaned of paint splatter and buildup.

• All Parts are refinished with industrial grade primer and enamel.

• Reassembled starting with the outer and inner frame.

• NEW Flange Bearings installed.

• NEW Shock Springs, Strut and Pilot Pins replaced as needed.

• Crank Assembly and Pillar Block Bearings checked and replaced as needed to meet factory specifications.

• Crank Main Drive Motor Amp Load tested and Bearings checked.

• Platen Lead Screws checked and lubricated.

• Swivel Rods checked and replaced as needed.

• Dc Motor and Gear Box checked and voltage draw tested.

• NEW wiring to Dc Motor and Main Crank Motor.

• Switches and Buttons tested and replaced with NEW as needed.

• Pc Panel Control Board tested to factory specifications and replaced as needed.

• NEW Clear Plexiglas Door installed.

• NEW labels installed.

• NEW Leveling Feet installed.

• Shaker is tested using 5 and 1 gallon containers for at least 25 cycles.

• Shaker is banded to a pallet and shrink wrapped for safe shipping worldwide.

• The Model S2700, MegaMix is a quiet high speed automatic paint shaker.

  Its elliptical action mixes most paint in 30 seconds.

  Accommodates all can shapes and sizes from 1 to 7 quarts to 5 gallon pails.

  The S2700 is totally automatic. Simply push the start button and this unit will clamp, run, release, reset and open the door!

  Fully enclosed for silent operation and added safety locks.

  • Heavy duty mixing capacity- up to 110 lbs. (50 KG)
  • Adjustable mixing time from 30 seconds to 9 minutes
  • Accommodates all can shapes and sizes (US and Metric) from half pint to 5 gallon cans, will also accept 1 gallon cases.
  • Electronics- state of the art innovative linear drive pressure plate design. Electronic pressure sensing with CPU based control board.
  • Simple to operate panel- Two push buttons and a timer control the machine.
  • Emergency Stop- Cuts power to machine immediately.
